These projects highlight some of our most impactful initiatives, carried out in local communities.

This initiative ensures children at the center have access to basic necessities and support for a better quality of life.

Through this outreach, We distributed nutritious food and essential supplies to ensure the well-being of the children, while also engaging with them to provide encouragement and support.

Access to basic medical and hygiene supplies is crucial during health emergencies. By responding promptly,We helped reinforce community resilience and demonstrated its commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals during times of urgent need.

Welfare Aid for the Future (W.A.F) carried out a humanitarian outreach at Bota Hospital in the South West Region of Cameroon, providing essential support to patients receiving treatment for cholera. This initiative was aimed at easing the burden on affected patients and supporting healthcare workers during a critical public health challenge.

Through this visit, We distributed vital items to cholera patients to improve their comfort, hygiene, and overall wellbeing during treatment. The outreach also served as a gesture of solidarity with the medical staff working tirelessly to care for patients under difficult conditions.

Health Outreach to Bonendale Hospital, Littoral Cameroon

The Access to healthcare and essential medical resources remains a challenge for many communities. By supporting Bonendale Hospital, We reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening community health systems and improving the wellbeing of those most in need.

Welfare Aid for the Future (W.A.F) organized and sponsored a health outreach at Bonendale Hospital in the Bonasama District of the Littoral Region, Cameroon. This initiative was carried out to support patients and healthcare workers by addressing urgent medical and basic needs within the community.

Through this outreach, We provided essential supplies and assistance to patients receiving care at the hospital. The initiative helped ease the burden on vulnerable individuals while contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.

We carried out an educational outreach at the HOTPEC Orphanage located at Mile 14, Buea, with the aim of promoting access to education and supporting vulnerable children. During the outreach, the foundation donated over 200 school bags, books, and pens to orphaned children, reinforcing the importance of education as a foundation for personal and community development.

Education is widely recognized as a fundamental human right and a powerful tool for transforming lives. It enables individuals and communities to grow, thrive, and create opportunities for a better future. However, access to quality education remains unequal, particularly for children from underprivileged backgrounds such as orphans, refugees, and low-income families.

Through these and other educational outreach programs, We seek to address these  inequalities by providing essential learning materials and support to children who face significant barriers to education.

we carried out our second Back to School outreach program in Bota-Land, Limbe. This outreach forms part of our long-term 10-year educational plan aimed at empowering Africans with access to essential educational resources, beginning with communities in Cameroon.

Our goal is to ensure that children, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, are equipped with the tools they need to pursue education with confidence and dignity.

Many children continue to face challenges accessing basic educational materials, which can limit their academic progress and future opportunities. By providing these essential resources, we are helping to create a more inclusive learning environment and strengthening the foundation for long-term educational success.

The Bota-Land outreach marks another milestone in our broader educational mission. As we continue to implement our 10-year educational plan, we remain committed to expanding our reach and delivering meaningful impact in communities where support is needed most.

We  implemented a Back to School outreach in Boma Street, Tiko, as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting access to education in underserved communities.

During this activity, we provided essential school materials to over 60 children, including books, pens, and school bags. These resources were distributed to help reduce barriers to school attendance and to support children as they prepared for the academic year.

The outreach was carried out with the cooperation of local authorities, whose guidance and coordination contributed to the smooth organization of the program. We also acknowledge the commitment of our W.A.F volunteers, whose practical support ensured that materials were delivered efficiently to the intended beneficiaries.

The response from the children and families was encouraging. The distribution highlighted the importance of timely educational support and reinforced the value of community-based interventions in improving learning outcomes.

Through initiatives such as this, Welfare Aid for the Future continues to promote education as a foundation for long-term development. We remain focused on expanding our educational outreach and supporting children who face challenges in accessing basic learning resources.
